By using BruhThatExists ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What we provide

BruhThatExists is a competitive intelligence tool. You describe a startup idea, and we scan the web to find existing competitors, analyze their features and pricing, and generate a report. The free tier provides a competitor scan. The paid report ($19.99, one-time) includes deep analysis, feature mapping, and unique value proposition suggestions.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share access or use the Service for anything illegal.

Usage limits

Free scans are limited to 5 per day per account. Automated access, scraping, or circumventing rate limits will result in account termination without refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing a report, you agree to their terms of service. All prices are in USD. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Report accuracy

Reports are generated using AI and automated web scraping. While we work to ensure accuracy, we don't guarantee that every competitor will be found or that all extracted data is current. Reports are informational — not business, legal, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on our reports are your responsibility.

Intellectual property

You own the reports you purchase and can use them however you like. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from scans to improve the Service.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. You can delete your account at any time by contacting admin@bruhthatexists.com.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions made based on our reports, missed competitors, inaccurate data, or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
