Refund Policy

BruhThatExists sells digital competitive intelligence reports generated on demand. Because reports are delivered instantly and contain data produced specifically for your query, all sales are final.

When we will issue a refund

If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, or if the delivered report is substantially incomplete (missing sections, empty data), we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. Contact us at admin@bruhthatexists.com with your report ID and a description of the issue.

When we won't issue a refund

We cannot offer refunds for reports that were delivered successfully but whose findings you disagree with, or for ideas where few competitors were found (the absence of competitors is itself a data point). We also cannot refund reports purchased by mistake — please review your idea before purchasing.
